Recently, the Chinese, Filipino, Hawaii Korean and Honolulu Japanese Chambers of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding to seek opportunities to work together.  The signing was witnessed by Governor Ige and the Consul Generals of the Philippines, Japan and Korea based in Honolulu.
