Laulima: USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park

The Laulima (Community Service) Committee’s first project will be park and shoreline beautification (incl. light tree trimming, removing debris/foliage, painting, etc.) at the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park.

Members and families are welcome, but due to safety concerns, the Laulima Committee requests all participants to be 12 and older. Volunteers are welcome to bring their own gardening gloves (and other equipment), but the park will supply gloves, gardening tools, and trash bags.

Closed toe shoes are required, and a hat/lots of sunscreen is highly recommended.

Please register by calling our office at 949-5531 or emailing events@hjcc.org.
