On June 28th, 2018, the Women’s Diversity Initiative (WDI) hosted a cooking event with Lynette Lo Tom, President of Bright Light Marketing and author of A Chinese Kitchen and an upcoming cookbook in October. 23 of our members enjoyed a cooking demonstration with six courses, which included wine pairings with select dishes:
- Chikuwa fishcake with kim chee
- Smoked Ahi stuffed pickled peppers
- Easy French Dressing
- Taiwan-style pickles – cucumber and shimeji mushrooms
- Balsamic Chicken
- Lemon Ice Box Pie
