We are an organization founded for the promotion of business and economic
growth in Hawaii based upon the principle, "Members Supporting Members."

The organization provides leadership and programs which promote membership
interaction, resulting in growth and the continuation of its legacy.

On Saturday, April 14th, the Program and Community Affairs Committee (PCAC) volunteered in its first of two Laulima events this month. The Adopt-a-School program “adopted” Pearl Highlands Intermediate School, and our HJCC members helped spruce up the campus, including painting the exterior. In conjunction with the Honolulu Japanese Junior Chamber of Commerce (HJJCC) and their sister chambers, a total of 58 people volunteered!

Thank you to our members: Mari Fujimoto, Clayton Hill (PCAC Chair), Steve Koyama, Rick Mishima (Laulima Chair; with his family Jada and Sofia), and Jennifer Okubo.

There’s still time to sign up for our Earth Day Laulima Project on Sunday, April 22nd from 8:30am-12:00pm! If you (and your family/friends) are interested in volunteering, please email events@hjcc.org.
