Chopsticks & Wine is celebrating 20 years!
Chopsticks & Wine is the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce's signature fundraiser which attracts sellout crowds and is great for networking.
Chopsticks & Wine takes place this year on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the Hawaii Convention Center. Doors will open at 6:00pm for General Admission guests (5:30pm early-entry for VIP Sponsor Table Guests). Here are a few things to expect at this year's Chopsticks & Wine!

Chopsticks & Wine features delicious cuisine from Hawaii's finest chefs, paired with wines and spirits from a variety of distributors. The 2024 Chopsticks & Wine lineup features 13 restaurants and 4 beverage purveyors:

Beverage Vendors
Location
The Chopsticks & Wine will take place at the Hawaii Convention Center's Kalakaua Ballroom on the top floor (level 4).
[From the ground floor] take the escalators or elevator all the way to the top floor on level 4.
[From the parking level] follow the posted signs and volunteers to the top floor for the event.
Please have your event ticket and ID ready with you. Chopsticks & Wine is a 21 and over event. Redeem your ticket for an event wrist band and cruise in the foyer area until the doors open (5:30pm for VIP Sponsor Table guests and 6pm for General Admission guests) where there will be live music, silent auction items, and a special welcome drink!
What to Wear
The attire for Chopsticks & Wine is business casual or aloha attire. Or, take inspiration from our "outdoor winery" theme! Think colors like lavender, sage, and off white. Keep in mid that it may be a little chilly for some guests inside the ballroom.
How are your getting to the Center??
Parking is available in the Hawaii Convention Center parking garage but we encourage you to use a taxi or a ride share service if you plan to enjoy the wine tastings.
**VIP Sponsor Table Guests**
If you park in the Hawaii Convention Center parking, we will validate your parking ticket. Please bring your ticket with you to the check-in table and a volunteer will validate your ticket.
We unfortunately will not be able to validate for any cars that park in the Ala Moana overflow parking or additional ride share fees.
[Parking] The entrance to the Hawaii Convention Center parking is located along Kalakaua Avenue and the parking is $15 per entry. Click here to view driving directions to the Hawaii Convention Center.
Additional parking is available at Ala Moana Center (P1706).
The P1706 parking is located on the Waikiki side on any level between Bloomingdales and Target (look for the red signs). Please scan the QR code or text P1706 to 504504 and register your vehicle.

*You can register your vehicle in advance online, but it does not guarantee you a stall. Please see attached information flyer on the overflow parking.
[Ride Share Service] Those who plan to drink are highly encouraged to use a ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft.
We have set up an Uber voucher of $15 for you to use on your ride home as well. To use this credit, follow the instructions:
- Download the Uber app and create an account if you do not already have one.
- At 8pm on 4/25/2024, guests can begin requesting a ride through the Uber app.
- To redeem the voucher, enter code 'rS4Iq0zqZEe' or click here to add the voucher on your ride home.
**There will be a charge of $40 for cars that park in the Hawaii Convention Center overnight. Please inform the proper Convention Center staff to avoid getting your car towed should you decide to park overnight.
