Our Strategic Plan

The HJCC reviews and updates its Strategic Plan on an annual basis prior to the start of the new fiscal year.

The HJCC PLAYBOOK represents a condensed version of our plan, highlighting those things that are most important for our chamber to be successful.

Supplementing the Playbook is a list of action steps for the upcoming year in order of priority, a target date for completion and finally, who is responsible to ensure completion.  This document is reviewed regularly at our Executive Committee Meetings.
