Mahalo for Celebrating the 20th Chopsticks & Wine with Us!

Our milestone 20th anniversary celebration of Chopsticks & Wine attracted a sold-out crowd of more than 1,100 guests who enjoyed the HJCC's signature food and wine extravaganza at the Hawaii Convention Center on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Thirteen food stations dazzled attendees with their delicious cuisine featuring the best from land and sea. Mahalo to 100 Sails Restaurant and Bar, 3660 on the Rise, Azure Restaurant, Bali Oceanfront, Beachhouse at the Moana, BeerLab Hawaii, Gyotaku Japanese Restaurants, Mariposa, MW Restaurant, Nami Kaze, Noi Thai Cuisine, Napoleon's Bakery, and Superb Sushi.

Attendees also got to sample fine wine, beer and whiskey that were offered by dozens of very knowledgeable representatives from our four beverage vendors -- Fujioka's Wine Times, Island Distributing, RNDC, and Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. Attendees who also purchased special "Premium Wine Tasting" area tickets were able to enjoy 6 fine wines in a private tasting area.

Many attendees also participated in our online silent auction which had over 180+ items ranging from restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, gift baskets, bottles of fine wine and whiskey, to exotic rare plants and ready mix concrete. In addition to the silent auction, we had a special "Ultimate Whiskey and Wine Cellar Collection" lucky draw featuring an impressive collection of wine and whiskey for a total value of $5,500.

We received tremendous support from many organizations to make our 20th Anniversary event a success. We would like to thank all of our sponsors for your support.

In addition, we extend a big mahalo to all of our volunteers who helped the HJCC execute this event.
