22nd Annual Chopsticks & Wine
On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce welcomed approximately 1,000 guests to the 22nd Annual Chopsticks & Wine, marking a highly anticipated return to the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort for the first time since 2010.
Set against the iconic backdrop of Waikiki, the evening unfolded as a vibrant celebration of Hawai‘i’s culinary artistry and community spirit. Guests were treated to an exceptional showcase of flavors from 14 of O‘ahu’s premier restaurants -- each offered thoughtfully crafted dishes that reflected both innovation and tradition, creating a dynamic and memorable dining experience.

Complementing the culinary offerings was a refined selection of wines, spirits, and craft beverages presented by Fujioka’s Wine Times, Island Distributing, LLC, RNDC, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, BeerLab HI, Harders Hawaii, and The Odom Corporation. Together, these pairings elevated the evening into a true celebration of taste and craftsmanship.

A highlight of the night was the ever-popular silent auction, where guests eagerly bid on an array of generously donated items, from exclusive dining experiences to curated gift packages.
